Objectives:

The purpose of this lab is to Provide required infrastructure for the advance education and practices in the field of VLSI and Embedded Systems.

Context:

This laboratory is used to provide intensive practical exposure to the students in the field of VLSI, ASIC, FPGA architecture and Embedded Programming. Different exercises in this lab include Serial Data Communication between PC and FPGA trainer kit, writing on EPROM and ASIC Chip using UIP. The lab also provides the facility to interface the VLSI tools with different circuits such as A/D converters, stepper motors, DC motors, multidigit displays, etc.
