Welcome to the Training & Placement Cell of Dhole Patil College of Engineering (DPCOE), Pune.
At DPCOE, we believe that an engineer’s journey extends far beyond the classroom. Our Training & Placement Cell is committed to transforming students into industry-ready professionals by bridging the gap between academic learning and the dynamic needs of the corporate world.
We offer undergraduate programs in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, and Automobile Engineering, along with a postgraduate MBA program specializing in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics. Our objective is to provide every student with the right opportunities to develop technical expertise, professional competencies, and leadership skills.
To nurture innovation and domain-specific excellence, we have established several technical clubs, including the Cybersecurity Club, IoT Club, Robotics Club, Drone Club, ScrewDriver Club (Automotives), Coders Club, and EV Club. These clubs encourage students to explore emerging technologies through hands-on learning, competitions, hackathons, workshops, and industry interactions.
Our training philosophy focuses on continuous skill development from the First Year to the Final Year. Students undergo structured, domain-specific training programs designed in collaboration with industry experts, enabling them to build strong technical foundations and professional competencies. We strive to align each student’s training, internship, academic projects, and final placement within the same domain, ensuring focused career development and enhanced employability.
The Training & Placement Cell maintains strong relationships with leading multinational companies, startups, and industry partners. Through regular campus recruitment drives, internships, industrial visits, expert sessions, certification programs, and career guidance initiatives, we prepare our students to excel in competitive recruitment processes.
With an overall placement ratio of approximately 80%, our students have consistently secured opportunities in reputed multinational companies (MNCs) with attractive compensation packages, reflecting the quality of education, industry exposure, and professional grooming offered at DPCOE.
