Objectives:

To familiarize students with various components used in the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. In addition to this they are required to perform experiments on various test rigs and get readings to conclude each experiment based on results they are getting.

Context:

 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is branch of Thermal science which deals with control of various factors such as temperature, humidity, air movement and purity of air according to application. It is used in designing of indoor thermal conditions for human comfort, preservation of food items and other industrial applications. The main outcome of this lab is that, the students could understand to plot various Refrigeration cycles and Air Conditioning processes on different charts.
