Prof. Sandip Kale, Department Head
Prof. Sandip Annasaheb Kale has completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Master of Engineering (Machine Design). He has more than 13 years of teaching and administrative experience. His area of interest is Mechanical Vibrations & it’s effects. He has attended many Faculty Development Programs and conferences. He is life member of ISTE. He has guided many PG level students in their final year Projects. He also worked as SPPU Guided DPCOE Students Development officer. He organized various technical and cultural events for students, teachers and supporting staff.
Department of Computer Engineering was started in the year of 2008 with intake of 60 students and currently we have intake of 90 students. We are fortunate to be centre of choice for most of the stakeholders in this region. We ensure that students are abreast with latest technologies through our regular teaching learning process and additional enrichment programs.
Computer department rigorously follows Outcome Based Education in their teaching learning process. Use of NPTEL videos for the students actually improve confidence of the students in the respecting subject to understand. Students are provided the entire required platform for their overall development in sports, cultural, curricular, technical & regular academics.
I am pleased to share that our students are consistently excelling in their placement process in highly reputed companies like TCS, Barclays, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, FIS Solutions and Aloha Technologies etc.
