The Department of Automobile Engineering was established in the year of 2010 with intake of 60 students and currently we have intake of 60 students. Department has well equipped laboratories which have high-end equipment and latest CAD design and development software packages including AutoCAD, PRO-E Wildfire, SOLID WORKS, ANSYS and MASTER CAM for students to pursue their research and project work.
The Department of Automobile Engineering aims to fulfil the needs and expectations of the stake holders as per our vision and mission. The department has highly qualified and experienced faculty and the classrooms are enabled with ICT facilities. The faculty members making effort for overall growth and development of students.
The Department encourages and guide students regularly for their skill development activities like participation in National and International events such as SUPRA, GO-Kart, Tiffan, NPTEL, Internships, Industrial visits, Higher studies, Projects, Publications and Patents.
The Department has a Technical Club named Screwdrivers club. Under this club, various skill development activities carried out. As an outcome our students are securing University ranks, won many completions like SUPRA, GO-Kart and Tifan. Every year student’s count for higher studies is increasing. Many students have become entrepreneurs. Many students are placed in reputed companies.
The Technical Club invites the deserving, dedicated & enthusiastic students to join us and cultivate their bright future. We welcome all those who are willing to join us on the journey of quality education & to have a great learning experience with our excellent team DPCOE.
