Keeping in mind the importance of Guru Purnima in our culture, we had a very humbling experience to be addressed by CA Prakash Pathak, Chairman-Bhonsla Military School Nashik who gave a motivational talk in these difficult times where all our students, faculty and parents are living away from social interaction. Overcoming learning challenges, and absorbing as much as we can from our teachers with some hard-hitting examples, made this talk really special for us.
Blessed to have our DPES Chairman, Mr. Sagar Dhole Patil preside over the event. Honoured to also be joined by Dr. Rajendra Hiremath, Chairman- Synergy Infrasys Management Pvt Ltd. A heart-warming vote of thanks by DPCOE Principal, Dr. Nihar Walimbe.
DPES is proud to announce that our Honorable Secretary Smt. Uma S. Dhole Patil received V Women award 2020- Shining Examples of Excellence organized by Aspire Entertainments to celebrate womanhood on the occasion of Women’s Day for her leadership, hard work and contribution to the field of education and society. The ceremony was held on 8th of March, 2020 at Shivaji Nagar Pune.

On the occasion of Birthday of Hon. Chairman Sagar U.Dhole Patil, A Blood Donation Camp was organized in Dhole Patil College of Engineering, Pune on 24th February 2020. The program was inaugurated with ribbon cutting by the chief guest Chairman Hon. Sagar U. Dhole Patil. Many students participated in the camp; they collected 255 blood bags and donated blood as well. The Chairman told audience that blood donation must be used for saving the lives of the injured and sick patients. We should encourage people and society for participating in blood donation activities and create awareness about blood donation among them.
Ms. Amruta Karvande (Brand Ambassador , NSS ) also addressed the audience saying that the blood donation does not weaken the donators. The recovery takes place very soon. She talked about Blood Groups related information. Dr. Nihar Walimbe, Principal, DPCOE also awarded certificates to the blood donators and addressed the students. Under The Guidance of Chairman Shri. Sagar Dhole Patil and Secretary Smt. Uma S. Dhole Patil, Blood Donation Camp was successfully organized by Prof. Shrikant Jagtap (NSS Programme Officer, DPCOE) and Students.
