Dhole Patil College of Engineering has organized industrial visit at “TIAA” on 28th March 2024.

TIAA Global Capabilities’ associates work closely with colleagues in the U.S. and around the world to meet the needs of its ever-growing client base. Since its inception seven years ago, they have played a vital role within the broader organization and have delivered exceptional performance with highest level of operational excellence.
Industrial Expert has given tips of cracking an interview that contains interview skills and few important key points to improve the professional personality. He guided students about the followings:
- How to make an impressive resume/c.v.?
- Things to be added or eliminated in one’s resume.
- Dos & Don’ts in an interview.
- How to project oneself before the interviewer?
- Discussion on frequently asked questions in the interview.
This industrial visit was informative, interesting and successful that added a lot of corporate and interview knowledge for our students.
The overall Management of the industrial visit was done by Prof. Sneha Deshmukh and Prof. Namdeo Kedare under the guidance of Dr. Abhijeet Dandavate.
