Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) was conducted for Second Year (SE), Third Year (TE), and Final Year (BE) Computer Engineering students. The meeting provided a platform for parents and faculty to discuss students’ academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall performance. Faculty members interacted with parents individually and shared feedback about their ward’s strengths and areas of improvement.
Points Discussed:
• Students’ academic performance and internal assessment results.
• Attendance status of students.
• Students’ behavior, discipline, and participation in academic activities.
• Internship status and placement preparation for eligible students.
• Importance of regular study habits and parental support for academic improvement.
Outcome of Parent–Teacher Meeting (SE, TE, BE Students):
• Parents were informed about their ward’s academic performance, attendance, and overall progress.
• Faculty and parents discussed students’ strengths and areas where improvement is needed.
• Parents were encouraged to support students in maintaining discipline and focus on academics.
Stronger communication and coordination were established between parents and faculty for students’ better development.
