Program Schedule
9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Inauguration Ceremony
o Welcome Speech by the Head of the Department
o Introduction to International Yoga Day and its significance
·9:15 AM – 10 AM: Yoga Session
o Guided yoga session by Dr Aarti Dandavate
o Demonstration and practice of various yoga postures including Asanas , Pranayama, and Meditation
Event Highlights
1. Inauguration Ceremony: The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by the Head of the Computer Engineering Department, who emphasized the importance of integrating yoga into our daily routines to combat the stress and sedentary lifestyle often associated with the tech industry.
2. Yoga Session: The yoga session, led by a professional instructor, was the highlight of the event. Participants enthusiastically engaged in performing various yoga postures, learning about the correct techniques and the benefits of each asana.
