Department of First Year Engineering has organized “First Year Inaugural Function (2019-20)” at Dhole Patil College of Engineering, Pune on 10th August, 2019 successfully. For the function we had Dr. Milind Bhoi as chief guest and Shri.Rajabhau Kadam as guest of honour. Dr.Milind Bhoi is one of the well known ENT specialists in Pune & a member of Youth affairs committee under central planning commission, New Delhi (Govt. of India). He also works as social worker & is founder of “Bhoi Foundation”. Dr. Milind Bhoi enlightened first year students with social responsibilities & moral values they should develop while creating their identity in society. The session continued with interaction of Hon.Chairman Shri.Sagar Dhole Patil , parents and students. Chairman sir encouraged students for entrepreneurship inside of running behind the jobs. This discussion gave confidence to parents about the academic progress of their ward. The Principal Dr. Nihar Walimbe welcomed all new comers to the DPES family. Lastly First year HOD elaborated the importance of induction program to students and parents.
