Objectives:

The objective of transportation Engineering Laboratory is to learn the Principles and Procedure of testing of material required for highway construction like Bitumen, aggregates, murum.

Context:

The lab is designed in such a way that the student does an in-depth analysis of aggregate, bitumen and bitumen mixes. The testing of various qualities of aggregates like crushing strength, impact strength and specific gravity and that of bitumen like softening , fire and flash point, viscosity, moisture content are carried out.
