The SDP IoT Technical Club successfully organized an IoT Training Program for Zilla Parishad (ZP) school Students on 20th March 2026 at Velu Zilla Parishad School, Velu, Maharashtra. The session commenced at 10:00 AM and was conducted with the aim of introducing young students to emerging
technologies and fostering early interest in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT).
The training program was led by enthusiastic student trainers from Second Year Information Technology (SE IT): Sai Avinash Jadhav, Raje Harshad, and Sathe Yashraj. The trainers effectively delivered the session in an interactive and student-friendly manner, ensuring that the concepts were easy to understand for school-level learners.
The primary objective of the program was to create awareness about IoT and its real-world applications. The session began with a basic introduction to IoT, explaining how everyday devices can be connected and controlled using the internet. The trainers used simple examples such as smart homes, automatic lighting systems, and sensor-based applications to make the concepts relatable and engaging.
